Our shipping promise Every Blyss order is packed and dispatched promptly. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
1. Where we ship We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries — sign up to our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
2. Shipping costs
- Orders under $50 — standard shipping rate applies at checkout
- Orders $50 and over — free standard shipping
- All prices are in USD
3. Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery timeframes Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.
5. Order tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@blyssboutique.com.
6. Incorrect shipping address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@blyssboutique.com and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
7. Undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Customs and duties All orders ship within the United States. No customs fees or import duties apply to domestic US orders.
9. Missing packages If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
- Check around your property and with neighbours
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- Contact us at [your support email] if the issue is not resolved
We will investigate and work with you to resolve any missing package within 3 business days.
